Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill is proudly located at the newly renovated Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino. Seating is available at our 13-seat sushi bar, in our spacious dining room, and at our cocktail bar.
In 1995, Chefs Bruce and Eric Bromberg opened their world-class yet accessible Blue Ribbon Sushi in New York's SoHo neighborhood with late partner and Master Sushi Chef Toshi Ueki. Then, in 2007, Chef Ueki and the Brombergs created their first Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill in midtown Manhattan. The restaurant introduced an entirely new dining concept, combining their traditional sushi menu with the American comfort food that the Bromberg Brothers had become famous for at their beloved flagship restaurant, Blue Ribbon Brasserie.
In 2017, the Brombergs and the Blue Ribbon team opened Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Summerlin, Nevada.
Building on those successes (and Chef Ueki's inspiration), Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill at Green Valley Ranch serves an enticing selection of fresh sushi, sashimi, and traditional Japanese specialties, along with nightly sushi bar specials of seasonal items, and upscale grilled and other cooked fare.
The beverage list features an assortment of signature cocktails, premium Japanese whiskey, beer and wine, along with a unique and varied sake selection, which includes Blue Ribbon's own proprietary Junmai, Junmai Ginjo, Junmai Daiginjo, and Nigori.
